Personality and occupational data to help understand an individual’s unique behavior.

The ‘Birkman’ instrument was developed during WWII to typify a successful pilot (i.e. one who could think quickly, was flexible in the decision making process, did not make decisions based on emotion, etc.) who would therefore save the aircraft and the lives of those onboard.  It has since been continually refined through the years by teams of PHDs. 

It provides personality and occupational data to help understand an individual’s unique behavior and work satisfaction across different situations and industries.  The Birkman Method reaches further into personality than any other assessment, allowing for individuals to truly understand not only who they are, but why.  It is extremely beneficial on a personal level.

We use it predominantly for placement and compatibility purposes. We assess a candidate, not only for their compatibility with the job but, for their compatibility with the team and the company culture. It is extremely beneficial when looking at the management styles of the team members.
