The best definition of a good HR process (people program) is "developing, and retaining the best talent possible." This would seem obvious, as the building services field is such a people-oriented business. However, in my experience many companies tend to spend more time and effort on the finding part than on "developing and retaining." Finding good talent is only the first part of this important process – a "life cycle."
